Without proper purchase of nice, high-quality products you don’t have a great kitchen. And without a chief-cook who knows how to handle it, you wouldn’t have delicious food. Besides that it’s gotta stay fun. A menu that changes regularly, to ensure you can always eat a variety of dishes and for a pleasant price at De Mug.

Nothing from a can, everything is home-made!

The dishes at De Mug are prepared with organic products. We use local products from Zeeland. This means fair-trade fish, with zero by-catch and consisting of the major recognized certifications. For the meat-dishes we only work with the butchery Heersma from Oostkapelle in Zeeland, all meat has the Beter Leven quality-certification or the EKO-quality certification.
